To open an account, you need to register through our mobile
app or personal dashboard. You'll need a passport and phone
number. The process takes about 10 minutes and is completely
online.
How much does card maintenance cost?

The basic debit card is maintained for free with a monthly
turnover of at least 1000 USD. Premium cards have a
maintenance cost starting from 20 USD per month. The full
tariff plan is available in your personal dashboard.
How to get a virtual card?

You can instantly issue a virtual card in your personal
dashboard in the "Cards" section. It's immediately ready for
online payments. A physical card can be ordered additionally.

How to cancel an incorrect transfer?

If the transfer hasn't been processed yet, you can cancel it
in the "Transaction History" section. To cancel completed

What to do if I lose my card?

Immediately block the card in your personal dashboard or
through the mobile app. You can also call the 24/7 support
line at +45 80 60 60 60. A new card will be issued for free
within 3 business days.

fees or penalties. You can pay off either the full amount or
part of the debt. Early repayment is available through your
personal dashboard or mobile app.
